Merdeka Young Talent Program (MYTP) Class of 2023 is a two-year structured development program that targets selected outstanding graduates to be Merdeka's future leaders by equipping with the right knowledge, job experience, coaching and mentoring from the best mentor in the industry.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with max. of 2 years work experience
- Minimum 3.30/4.00 GPA Scale or equivalent
- Good command of English is a must and Mandarin would be an advantage
- Having leadership experience is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills
- Max. 25 years old for Bachelor's Degree (S1) & Max. 27 years old for Master’s Degree (S2)
- Willing to be placed in any location across Indonesia
